I can confidently say that Tina is the absolute best at her job. She has gone above and beyond for my wife and I. We had a property listed for sale. Unfortunately, the HOA did not have any records that the garage was included in our ownership. But Tina was ready prepared with her research. In no time, she was able to find records that helped prove ownership and the property was sold in no time. Her due diligence is incredibly unmatched.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Tina W.when we were looking for a condo. She is so sweet, knowledgeable and professional. When looking in the condo, she would point out things we were not aware of and discuss how to decorate. She would answer all our questions or get back to us with the answer. If we left her a voicemail or text she would get back to us immediately. She was a delight to work with and we would refer her to anyone who’ is looking for a home.
